    BACnet/IP to Modbus

How often or how many applications do you run into that require a BACnet to Modbus gateway? Is it more Modbus TCP or RTU?
What applications do you experience the need for a gateway such as this?

We see Modbus RTU quite often. Boilers, Chillers, VFD's, Generators typically just pieces of equipment like that. Almost never see or do Modbus TCP.

Never really need a Gateway... Fortunately Delta controllers can talk Modbus RTU and Tridium JACE's can talk TCP and we use both of those as a standard on every project so we never have to buy a separate gateway device to translate for us.
